My Lovely, Lovely, Life.

Hihi everybody!

Today, I shall make a world-changing decision.

I AM GOING TO POST ON MY BLOG.

*Applause, applause*

And what am I going to post on?

My BEAUTIFUL and WONDERFUL life as a Sec 1 student! Don't we just LOVE blog prompts?

Read the title. HA.

So. You want to know about Secondary 1 life. It is absolutely HEAVEN. LITTLE homework, LITTLE tests, and the PE lessons ROCK.

WHO AM I KIDDING?

Rewind and remix. Lotsa homework, lotsa tests, CCAs takes 5 hours, and in PE we run 2.4km runs.

And just a few months ago, I had walked into school, holding my PSLE certificate, confident that I could, at least, be one of the class' top 3.

How wrong could I be?

At the start, things seemed pretty easy. I had revised for Maths and Science beforehand, so everything was pie and cake. But then came CHINESE. And guess what? They don't teach new words anymore! (*Horror*)

And after that came LITERATURE. (*Horror and shock*)
Symbolism? Annotations? Might as well expect me to do a complicated piece of triginometry. But still, with he guidance of our ever-so-compassionate-and -helpful teacher, Ms Soh, nothing seemed too hard.

Term 1 passed by quickly, and I got a 1.6 MSG. Only then did I realise how hard it was to get a 1.2, or even a 1.5 MSG at that.

BUT THEN… *Scary music plays…*

TERM 2.

Life has just become a whole lot harder. With Projects Day, MORE homework, MORE tests, ACE work, MORE projects, and the NAPFA (OMG).

In Maths, we started ALGEBRA. And its no more the simple x + x = 2x questions, oh no. They are COMPLICATED ALGEBRA. Agh.

To. Be. Continued.
